Initial analysis

Incools  is a manufacturing company that develops and implements individual integrated projects for the storage of fruits and vegetables, and is aimed at outreaching and cooperating with foreign customers.

We conducted a deep analysis of the essence, goals and objectives for the future. We analyzed the market, identified the target audience, and worked out integrated brand positioning.

After a thorough systematization of information, we came to understanding that we should not start with the "packaging" of the business, but with the marketing strategy of the business.

  • The key point was the development of a marketing strategy for 6 countries at this stage. for that, it was necessary to study Central Asia, the market and competitors of each country, to analyze and take into account its economy, demand and mentality. In fact, we got 6 different strategies for each country separately.
  • Having studied the target audience and competitors, we created the USP, which distinguishes the company from other participants in the market in different countries.
  • Our main goal was to attract attention to the brand, so the second stage was the development of an advertising strategy. A unique concept has been developed for this, which will convince the potential customer in receiving the expected.
  • As a result, we proposed the stages of introducing brand information transfer tools, advertising options and the predicted result.

  • One of the tasks that "Rubarb" faced was the creation of a video presentation that will be broadcast at exhibitions and other branded events.
  • It was important here to be honest with the audience, and demonstgrate real activities without excessive television gloss. Alongside the skills and creativity of video content designers, to reveil the essence of production and the people who are responsible for it. Therefore, here we used live shooting with graphic elements.

Project outcomes

Incools is a large-scale project that required us to be as detailed and competent as possible. Given the difficulties of this market with different economies, we have faced a difficult task. Only a deep analysis of the market allowed us to accurately determine the advantages of the brand and on based on this to create a productive marketing strategy and brand platform. Proper USP, segmentation of the target audience will allow the client to interact with the end user more accurately.
